LPC, MSEd
Hi, I’m Cara! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania with nearly 15 years of experience walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. My passion is helping women find healing, clarity, and hope in the midst of overwhelm, the seasons of life, and hardship.

I specialize in working with Christian women ages 18 to 50 who want a safe, supportive space to process:
-
Life stressors
-
Relationship struggles
-
Anxiety
-
Grief
-
Questions about purpose
A Bit About Me
Outside of counseling, I love being a wife and mom, cooking, staying active, and enjoying time outdoors. Becoming a counselor wasn’t my original plan, but God gently redirected my path. During my undergraduate years, I discovered a passion for psychology and a deep desire to serve others, which led me to this work. Today, I feel grateful to walk alongside women as they grow, heal, and find hope.
